If you wish to argue I point you to the fact that Nintendo have always had more than 50% of sales in the videogame market since the NES. Even now they have 52% of the market even though there are 3 big names competing.
If Wii was a 'sales' success it would have needed a big marketing push but this was not required. The Wii sold itself because it was such an original idea. |
