Use of all Europe-Nintendo is subject to these key forum rules. The rules may be updated or amended at any time.
1) Be respectful to other members. No offensive language, flaming or bashing other users. Problems that can't be solved should be turned over to a moderator. 1a) Absolutely no remarks towards other users about their race, gender, origin, handicap, age, sexual orientation, personal politics or religion.
2) If you have a problem with another member contact a moderator (PM them). Don't think that sending a PM to an administrator will solve your problem faster, it will not.
3) The one and only language to communicate on this forum is English. That's grammatically correct English at all times.
3a) Excluded are private messages.
4) Do not post spam. Spam is the illegible use of the English language, one word posts, unnecessary quoting, off-topic posts and posts the moderators or administrators do not like.4a) Do not troll the forums.
4b) Do not advertise on the forums.
4c) Do not create replies consisting of "thanks", "thank you", "cool" or similar short talk. If you want to thank somebody just click on the smilie link beside the particular post. 5) Do not argue with the staff, they are in charge of the forum. If you feel your being treated unfairly PM a super moderator. If your problem is with a super moderator then you may contact an administrator. 5a) If you have a problem with an administrator, well then, you're pretty much just out of luck.
6) If you receive an infraction and you feel you did not deserve it, you must privately contact the member of the staff that gave it to you. The staff here at E-N are all experienced and will be willing to listen to you. If you really didn't deserve the infraction it can be removed.6a) The staff descision is always final.
6b) Do not argue with the staff members.
7) Creation of duplicate accounts will result in all your accounts being banned. If you continue, you will be IP banned.
7a) Do not share your login details with other persons or services like BugMeNot.
8) We do not wish to see any posted content relating to extremism, obscenity, racism, sexism, hate speech or other sick shit (signatures also).
8a) We do not host illegal material such as ROMs or other forms of Warez, but if it is uploaded elsewhere (RapidShare) you can link to it.
9) Do not ask for a staff position unless you are a highly skilled PHP or XHMTL/CSS coder; donated a considerable amount of money to the site or have a wish to be banned.
10) Enjoy the community and contribute.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning. Continued offenses will result in infractions. When you reach a maximum of 10 points via infractions you will be automatically banned. You may be banned without any warnings or infractions depending on the severity of your conduct.
