Well, if you mean Battle Network, I could understand that, due to all of the different weapons you can acquire for battle. Similar where you have to choose which ones to use beforehand as well. Hey, I like both as well XD

I've been reading post about this game for a while all over the place but no one has really committed to a comparison, is mega man the starting point or is it more traditional than that for a jrpg

I don't like this game, picked it up purely because it is Squares.

Obviously Square decided that they would get Guitar Hero, breed it with Final Fantasy and starve it of oxygen at birth.

this game was pretty awesome i have to say but it gets boring if you play it non stop
