Default Razer Salmosa (Hardware Review)

Summary Of Hardware:

The Razer Salmosa is a gaming mouse developed and manufactured by Razer, a widely known company with a high reputation for specialising in quality peripheral products for the computer mainly intended for the use of gaming.

The Salmosa is designed and engineered for entry level gamers who are aspiring to take their game to the next level, but can also serve beautifuly in the hands of the elite. This nifty device provides the necessary firepower required for competetive gaming.

Its lightweight and compact shell is perfectly balanced for finger-tip grip, for those trigger happy moments . But under the hood is where the true menace lies - the Salmosa is Razer's industry leading with its unique 1800dpi (dots per inch) Razer Precision 3G infrared sensor, this new technology - developed by Razer, is what makes this mouse just what you need.

Technical Comparison:

Razer Salmosa: In (BRACKETS) are the equivalent features of a Standard USB Mouse

1800dpi 3G Infrared Sensor (400-800dpi Optical/Lazer Sensor)
3 Programmable non-slip hyperesponse buttons (3-5 Standard Plastic Buttons With Normal Button Response)
1000HZ Ultrapolling/1MS Response Time (125HZ/8MS Response Time)
16-BIT Ultra-Wide Data PAth (8-BIT Data Path)
Zero-Acoustic Ultraslick Teflon Feel (Standard Plastic Feet)
On-The-Fly Sensitivity Adjustment (Standard 'Set Once' Drivers)

Personal Opinion:

In my opinion this is the best mouse I have come across with its 1mMS response time, 8 times faster than a standard mouse, although it doesn't boast as much dpi than the infamous Lachesis - also by Razer, the Razer Salmosa is the quickest entry level gaming-grade mouse, the fact that its armed with the fastest tracking optical sensor in the world was enough to make me buy it, aswell as it being one of the lightest and most compact mice of its class, it is the ideal mouse of choice for gamers who seek both speed and control.

It just feels so awesome when in use, the shell is made of zero-acoustic - I dont know what that is but it sounds cool aswell as feeling cool , the sheer looks of it just makes the mouse pwnage in a solid form! The light and compact form factor and its ambidextrous design allows all types of gamers to experience optimum freedom of movement. It lives up to its beauty in terms of preformance without a doubt.

Conclusion:

Definately worth the money, I promisse you will not be disappointed, with this you will definately make light work of the competition.

Pros:

+Standard size gaming mouse, yet feels light as a feather
+Excellent precision and speed
+Teflon feel anti-slip, giving you the grip you need

Cons:

-Can get dirty pretty quick if you dont have a clean mouse-mat

Buy.
- For £24.35 or $39.99 you cant go wrong!

Don't rush things I know you are eager.
I just can't wait for tomorrow, I'll get my biology exam out of the way, come home, and write more articles.
