Nope. Not a glitch. That's the actual game. They actually released this and sold it for $20.

Its better than Haze atleast, but id rather spend 20 bucks on a crate of Mountain Dew!

Not really. This game is completely broken. There's no sound whatsoever, the opponent never moves so you always win, your truck falls through bridges, and you accelerate infinitely when you're in reverse. Also, one of the five tracks crashes the game as soon as you select it.
